This light, refreshing blend is built specifically to give your body what it needs to bounce back faster after a big session. This recovery blend delivers a strategic mix of nutrients to optimise whole-body recovery post-race. Each serve contains 25g of Whey Protein Isolate to kickstart muscle repair, 5g of Bovine Collagen Hydrolysate to support connective tissue, and a 40g Maltodextrin and Fructose carbohydrate blend to replenish muscle and liver glycogen.
Turmeric Rhizome Extract (20% curcuminoids) and Pomegranate Seed Extract (40% ellagic acid) work together to help ease post-exercise soreness, while Calcium, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2 support bone integrity.
