Ingredients
Calcium Lactate, Natural Flavourings, Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Flavouring, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin C, Colour (Beetroot Red), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6.
Add 1 sachet (4.1g) to 500ml of cold water and stir or shake well until powder dissolves. Best consumed immediately once prepared.
Drink one serving daily on days with intense exercise, high sweat loss, or in hot/humid conditions. For sessions under an hour, sip gradually to stay hydrated.
