Enervit's C2:1PRO Lactate Gel Mix packs 90g of carbs and 10g of sodium lactate into a single pouch, built for the final one to two hours of hard racing. Mix it into 500 to 750ml of water and you've got a drinkable fuel that keeps delivering as the effort climbs. Our 500ml Soft Flask is the right size for the job. Tip one pouch in, fill to the 500ml line, and stash it in your vest or pocket for the back half of the run.

12 x Enervit C2:1PRO Lactate Gel Mix - Orange (130ml pouch):
90g of carbohydrate per pouch in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio. 10g of sodium lactate on top, an extra fuel your muscles, heart and brain can burn when intensity peaks. That lactate also brings 2050mg of sodium per pouch. Ingested lactate is available for oxidation in around 15 minutes, faster than fructose or glucose. Vitamin B1 supports normal energy metabolism. Naturally flavoured orange, gluten free, preservative free and zero fat.
AID STATION
1 x Aid Station Soft Flask (500ml):
500ml capacity with printed measurements, so one pouch topped up to the 500ml line gets the dilution right every time. Clear and BPA free, so you can see what's left and when it's clean. Rolls down into a pocket or vest once it's empty.
