Wahoo
Wahoo is dedicated to helping you do what makes you, well, wahoo. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Wahoo combines sport tech with seamless connectivity across running, cycling and multisport disciplines.
It all began with a simple need: a better way to track, measure, and share training data from fitness sensors. This need led to the creation of the ANT+ Key.
With most sensors relying on ANT+ technology, Wahoo saw an opportunity to innovate by introducing Bluetooth connectivity. In 2012, Wahoo launched the Blue HR & SC sensors—the first heart rate, speed, and cadence sensors to connect to an iPhone via Bluetooth—paving the way for a new era of seamless fitness tracking.
