Why We Love It
Our bucket hat collab with Fractel takes the shape we already rate for hot-weather running and puts Aid Station across the front. The 5cm brim shades your face, ears and the back of your neck, which a cap can't do, so it earns its place on long trail days, ultras and summer long runs. A bungee at the back pulls it snug so it stays put when you're moving, and the soft brim folds down small enough to stash in a vest pocket. The White/Green Fade runs from a white crown into an Aid Station lime brim, so you're easy to spot on course.
Talk Nerdy To Me
The hat is made from 100% recycled REPREVE® polyester that's bluesign® approved, a lightweight, quick-drying fabric that wicks sweat away instead of holding onto it. The brim and front are rated UPF 50+, while the top mesh panels drop to UPF 30+ so heat can escape through the crown. The 5cm brim is soft and pliable rather than stiffened, with a dark underside to cut the glare bouncing up off the road or trail.
Inside, a SWIFTdry™ sweat-absorbing headband soaks up sweat before it reaches your eyes, and the rear bungee toggle lets you tighten or loosen the fit on the move. The crown sits at a medium depth, and the hat is machine washable in a laundry bag. It comes in two sizes, S/M (56.5cm) and L/XL (60cm).
