LMNT (pronounced "element") is a health and hydration company based in the USA. Unsatisfied with sugary mainstream sports drinks, LMNT have developed their own electrolyte drink mix, free of sugar and packed with sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

Founded by Robb Wolf and a team of co-founders, the brand was born out of Robb's personal experience improving his health on a low-carb diet by significantly increasing his sodium intake.
Unsatisfied with sugary mainstream sports drinks, they developed their own electrolyte drink mix, clean, effective, and built around what your body actually needs.
