HOW TO USE
Male
- Optional: 1 gel 20 min before exercise over 1 hour
- 1 gel (40g carbs) every 45-60 min during workouts >1 hr
- For long events (>2.5 hrs): 1-3 gels/hr
- Include sports hydration in total carb intake/hr
- Max caffeine: 400 mg/day
- Practice in training to reduce gut issues
- Take with around 300 ml water
Female
- Optional: 1 gel 20 min before exercise over 1 hour
- 1 gel (40g carbs) every 45-60 min during workouts >1 hr
- Menstruating women in follicular phase: aim for every 45 min
- Over 1.5 gels/hr (>60g carbs) may cause gut discomfort
- Include sports hydration in total carb intake/hr
- Max caffeine: 400 mg/day
- Test in training to find your routine
- Take with around 300 ml water
