SIS meet Nike, Nike meet SIS. For the After Dark Tour, Science In Sport and Nike joined forces to create the Nike Run Fuelling Sydney Variety Pack.
Included is three Energy Gels (two orange, one strawberry & lime) providing 40g of carbohydrates and 12mg sodium to boost power and limit GI discomfort. The Run Powder Hydro+ sachet covers hydration with five key electrolytes, while the Energy Chew delivers 40g carbs and 36mg sodium in a tasty, chewable format. To round it out, it also includes the Recovery Sachet which combines 25g of Whey Protein Isolate, 5g Bovine Collagen Hydrolysate, and 40g carb to kickstart muscle repair and replenish glycogen post-run.
