Great Ocean Performance is an Australian open-water swimming and triathlon brand, founded on the Victorian Surf Coast and based in Melbourne. Built by athletes with decades of racing experience, the brand focuses on creating high-performance wetsuits and swim gear that prioritise simplicity, quality, and real-world results. Every product is designed, tested, and refined with one goal in mind: helping swimmers and triathletes of all levels perform at their best, whether training, racing, or simply enjoying time in the water.

Great Ocean Performance was founded by Sam and Hamish, two lifelong swimmers and triathletes with over 20 years of racing experience across open water and triathlon. Frustrated by over-engineered gear and products that promised more than they delivered, they set out to build equipment they were proud to race in themselves.
Every Great Ocean product is designed, tested, and refined by the founders, who stand behind each wetsuit and piece of gear with full accountability. Their approach is simple: remove the unnecessary, focus on performance, and support athletes not just with products, but with knowledge, training, and honest guidance.
