Because the print is dyed straight into the fabric rather than layered on top, the suit stays light and the seams stay flat under a wetsuit or against skin on a long course day. Eclipse runs a full-length print rather than a single panel, so there's no heavier patch sitting over the chamois.

Sublimation dyeing bonds pigment into the polyester fibres under heat, so the print won't crack or flake the way a screen-printed panel does after repeated saltwater or chlorine exposure. The same attention to marginal gains carries through the rest of the suit. Across the sleeves and upper back, a 3D AeroWeave fabric uses a raised-ridge weave, the same principle behind dimpled golf balls and riblet swim skins, to trip the boundary layer and cut pressure drag, a claim Zoot backs with wind tunnel data rather than marketing copy alone. The arm cuffs are precision-cut rather than hemmed, and the leg opening relies on internal silicone grippers instead of a bonded elastic band, so there's no folded seam or compression ring restricting blood flow deep into the bike leg.
Side and back panels switch to a lighter, horizontally ribbed weave, trading a fraction of aero performance for airflow exactly where your torso sheds the most heat mid-race. The chamois sits forward enough to disappear once you're back on your feet for the run, and its perforated Pro Carbon foam is finished with a zig-zag stitch that cuts stitch density along the flex points, helping it dry faster between the swim exit and T2.
