Each serving of Puresport Ultra Electrolytes delivers 1000mg sodium, 250mg potassium, 100mg magnesium and 50mg calcium to replenish key electrolytes lost through sweat. Sodium supports fluid retention and plasma volume, while potassium assists nerve signalling and muscle contraction. Magnesium and calcium play critical roles in muscle function and reducing cramp risk during prolonged endurance exercise.
The formula is sugar free and designed for use before, during or after training. High sodium content makes it particularly suitable for heavy sweaters, long distance runners, triathletes and cyclists training in hot and humid conditions.

Mix one Puresport sachet with 450ml to 900ml of cold water for optimal taste and electrolyte concentration.
For stronger flavour or higher electrolyte needs during intense training, use 450ml of water.
For milder taste or sensitive stomachs, dilute with up to 900ml water.
