Each 30g sachet provides 23.4g of carbohydrates from raw Jarrah honey, a naturally low glycaemic index fuel source. The honey delivers an inherent 2:1 fructose to glucose ratio, supporting efficient carbohydrate absorption and improved gut tolerance during prolonged endurance exercise. Added caffeine comes from guarana extract, delivering 100 mg per gel to support alertness, focus, and reduced perception of effort. The low GI profile helps maintain more stable blood glucose levels, limiting sharp energy spikes and crashes during sustained efforts.
