The optimal carbohydrate-to-protein ratio is designed specifically for recovery, with each serve delivering 40g of carbs, 10g of complete protein, 1800mg of BCAAs, and 520mg of electrolytes. INGREDIENTS:
Hydrolyzed oat flour, dehydrated rice extract, cane sugar, pea protein isolate, canola protein isolate, sea salt, natural flavours.

DIRECTIONS
Mix 1.5 scoops into 400ml of water. Shake well and enjoy within 30 minutes after your workout to accelerate muscle recovery and replenish your energy, so you can start again stronger and faster.
