1 x Honey Stinger Energy Gel Salted Caramel Latte (Caffeinated) (31g):
24g of carbs, 11g of sugar, 50mg of sodium per gel. The strongest caffeine dose in the pack, sourced from organic green tea. Save this one for late in a long race when you need the biggest push. Contains 70mg of caffeine per gel.
