The bottle uses CamelBak's Trutaste Polypropylene, a food grade plastic developed to stop the plastic taste and odour cheaper bottles pick up after a few uses. It's wrapped in a double wall build that keeps drinks cold roughly twice as long as a single wall bottle in the same conditions. At 700ml it holds enough for an hour plus in the saddle without a refill, and weighs just 122g empty so you're not carrying dead weight up a climb. The self sealing high flow valve is the same cap technology CamelBak uses across its race range, built to maximise flow rate while cutting down splash and spillage when you're squeezing hard on rough ground.
