The lower body runs on PWX fabric, a circular knit panel with 360-degree stretch that locks in muscle support through the hips and legs. Up top, SBR VENT fabric combines a hydrophilic nylon-LYCRA fibre matrix with SBR CHANNEL textured panels across the shoulders and sides, channelling airflow to cut aerodynamic drag. The main body fabric blends 79% microfibre polyester, 6% polyester and 15% elastane for a close, supportive fit, finished with a full-length semi-auto lock zip and seam-free sleeve construction.
The TMF Aero Tri Chamois uses 90-density foam in a 6mm square-holed air-channel design, with Skyve shaping that thins the pad at the edges so it doesn't bulk up on the bike or the run. Easily accessible rear envelope pockets keep nutrition within reach, while grown-on leg grippers with internal silicone printing hold the suit in place through every transition.
