TORQ

TORQ is a British performance nutrition brand built from years of fitness coaching and endurance sport experience. Their energy gels, bars, drinks and recovery supplements use natural ingredients with no artificial sweeteners or colours, trusted by athletes worldwide.

TORQ grew out of a fitness consultancy, working directly with endurance athletes who needed genuinely effective nutrition. Rather than funding their own research, they study the latest science and turn it into gels, bars, drinks and recovery formulas made with natural ingredients, free from artificial sweeteners, colours and flavours.
Many products carry Soil Association organic or Fairtrade certification. TORQ backs this up by running its own Mountain Bike, Triathlon, Track Cycling and Running teams.

As athletes who cherish every trail, road and waterway we train on, Aid Station proudly acknowledges the Wurundjeri and Bunurong People as the Traditional Owners of the land where we lace up our shoes each day. We respect every athlete's journey, and extend this same respect to all First Nations People and Elders across Australia, whose ancient pathways we now follow during races and adventures. We recognise the enduring connection First Nations Peoples have with Country - a relationship that shows the ultimate endurance. At Aid Station, while we help athletes fuel their journeys, we’re equally committed to respecting and preserving the land that sustains us. As proud sponsors of TRIMOB and the IRONMOB Program, we're honoured to support communities who share our passion for endurance sport. We pay respects to Elders past, present and future, celebrating the rich heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples - true endurance experts long before the first marathon was run.
