TORQ is a British performance nutrition brand built from years of fitness coaching and endurance sport experience. Their energy gels, bars, drinks and recovery supplements use natural ingredients with no artificial sweeteners or colours, trusted by athletes worldwide.

TORQ grew out of a fitness consultancy, working directly with endurance athletes who needed genuinely effective nutrition. Rather than funding their own research, they study the latest science and turn it into gels, bars, drinks and recovery formulas made with natural ingredients, free from artificial sweeteners, colours and flavours.
Many products carry Soil Association organic or Fairtrade certification. TORQ backs this up by running its own Mountain Bike, Triathlon, Track Cycling and Running teams.
