Why We Love It
Big paddles build strength but can just as easily bake bad catch habits in deeper, especially on tired shoulders late in a session. Zone3's Ergo Hand Paddles are compact and contoured on purpose, built to sharpen catch position and hand entry rather than pile on raw resistance. A single-finger strap makes them quick to slip on and off between drill and swim sets, so they don't slow a session down the way a full-strap paddle can.
Talk Nerdy To Me
The paddle's compact, contoured shape follows the natural line of the hand instead of extending well past the fingertips, which keeps the load closer to what the shoulder can handle safely through a full main set. A single-finger strap option lets advanced swimmers slide the paddle on and off through the middle finger for fast transitions between paddle and non-paddle sets, while full-hand straps are available for swimmers who want extra support while building technique. Unisize fit means one pair covers a squad without needing to size each swimmer individually.
