Each 30g serve delivers 369mg of naturally occurring nitrate, concentrated from around 320g of fresh beetroot juice rather than the freeze-dried beetroot used in a lot of cheaper powders, which is why the nitrate content here runs meaningfully higher gram for gram. Once in the body, that nitrate converts to nitric oxide, which helps dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow, so more oxygen and nutrients reach working muscle and waste clears faster. Alongside the nitrate, that same 30g serve carries 23.9g of carbohydrate as natural sugars from the beetroot juice itself, giving you a genuine energy contribution on top of the blood flow benefits, which is where the name Beet Endurance comes from. For the conversion to happen, saliva bacteria do the work, so skip toothpaste, mouthwash or chewing gum around the time you take it or you'll blunt the effect.
