HOW TO USE
Male
-To be used for long events (>2.5 hrs): 1 gels/hr
-Unscrew the resealable cap and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages. Take with around 200-300 ml water with every sip
-Include sports hydration in total carb intake/hr
-Practice in training to reduce gut issues
Female -To be used for long events (>2.5 hrs): 3/4 gels/hr
-Over 3/4 gel/hr (>60g carbs) may cause gut discomfort
