The women's Tempo! ONE is Fusion's elite race suit built specifically for female athletes, developed with direct input from professional women racing at the top level. The fit is women's specific, not a scaled-down version of the men's suit, and the aerodynamic sleeve features a 15 degree fabric angle purpose-built to cut drag on the bike. It's a suit aimed at women chasing podiums, Kona qualifications, or personal bests. The thermoregulation also holds up well in the heat, which matters when you're several hours into a long-distance race.

The sleeve construction uses a strategic 15 degree fabric angle to optimise aeroflow, validated through Fusion's in-house wind tunnel testing. Two internal front pockets give you access to nutrition mid-race without breaking position on the bike. The integrated fleece pad is soft, elastic, and made in Italy, the same triathlon-specific chamois used across the entire TEMPO! range, small enough that it stays out of your way on the run. Upper body and sleeves use Italian polyester fabric, with French polyamide on the lower body for water-repellent performance. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, with Fusion Powerlock stitching throughout. Recommended for women targeting 8 to 11 hour Ironman finishes or 4 to 6 hour middle-distance efforts.
