Each sachet delivers 1000mg of sodium, 500mg of potassium and 60mg of magnesium, ratios aimed at genuine sweat replacement rather than a token pinch of salt. Sodium and potassium support fluid balance and normal muscle and nerve function, while magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. The creatine is Purest™ Creatine Monohydrate, dosed at the standard research amount of 5g per serve and mixed straight into the blend, supporting muscle energy output during repeated hard efforts as well as cognitive function, with research pointing to benefits for mental fatigue and focus, particularly under sleep deprivation or physical stress.

Why We Love It
Elyte Plus packs the two things your training actually runs on into one sachet: full electrolyte replacement and a complete 5g dose of creatine. It's built for daily use, before or after a session and on rest days too, not just saved for race morning. The same sachet works just as well sitting on your desk through a heavy training block as it does straight after a long run.
