Take 1 gel with water about 20 minutes before your HYROX training or event. If needed, take a second gel after Station 4 (Burpee Broad Jumps), just before Run 5.
Dr. Hydrate All-In-One Hydration Drink
Before the race or on training days add 1 scoop of Dr. Hydrate All-In-One to your drink bottle daily for 3 days before the event. After the race add another scoop to water or a smoothie to help rehydrate and replenish lost nutrients.
