Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  1. Eligibility: The loyalty program is open to all customers who sign up for an account on our website. Membership is free and automatic upon registration.
  2. Program Participation: By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  3. Modification and Termination: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
  4. All currency mentioned in this loyalty program are in Australian dollars.
  5. All rewards, points earned or loyalty gifts are non-transferable, returnable or refundable.
  6. We won’t be able to merge multiple user accounts into one account.
  7. Launch: Aid Station Loyalty Program PODIUM started on the 21.06.2024. Your membership tier and points started accumulating from this date forward if you have created your account.

Earning Points

  1. Earning Rate: 

Bronze Members: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. 

Silver Members: Earn 6 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Gold Members: Earn 7 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. 

Shipping costs do not count towards point accumulation. Amount paid by gift card or discount code will not count. Points are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar amount. For example, $123.45 is rounded to $123, which equals 123 x 5 = 615 points.

The points would count based on AU dollars, same for international orders.

  1. Signup Bonus: Earn 100 points by signing up for the loyalty program.
  2. Birthday Reward: Receive 200 points on your birthday.
  3. Product Reviews: Earn 100 points for each product review submitted, provided you have purchased the product. Points for product reviews can only be earned once per month.
  4. Social Media Engagement:
    • Earn 100 points for following us on Instagram.
    • Earn 100 points for liking our page on Facebook.
    • Earn 100 points for following us on TikTok.

Redeeming Points

  1. Direct Redemption: Points can be redeemed directly at checkout. Every 500 points can be redeemed for $5.
  2. Other Redemption Options:
    • 1000 points for a free express shipping upgrade (Only apply for AU and NZ customers). 

To use this discount code, you need to be eligible for the free standard shipping first, which means your cart total needs to be above $99 after discounts been applied. When redeemed, you will receive a unique one-time use shipping discount code, please apply the discount code and select the express shipping option.

  • 500 points for 5% off an order above $150.

Once redeemed, you will receive a unique one-time use discount code. It can only be used when your cart amount is above $150 excluding shipping. 

You can not use it with other order discounts, but can use it together with the product discount (Gift With Purchase) and shipping discount.

  • 2000 points for 10% off an order above $250.

Once redeemed, you will receive a unique one-time use discount code. It can only be used when your cart amount is above $250 excluding shipping.

You can not use it with other order discounts, but can use it together with the product discount (Gift With Purchase) and shipping discount.


Referral Program

  1. Refer a Friend: Refer a friend and both you and your friend will receive a $10 gift voucher upon the friend's first purchase.

The invited person will get the $10 gift voucher once the account is created. The $10 gift voucher can be used for the first order. Once the first purchase is completed, the referrer will receive a $10 gift voucher. The $10 gift voucher can not be used with other order discounts, but can be used together with the product discount (Gift With Purchase) and shipping discount.

Additional Information

  1. Point Expiration: Points expire 1 year from the date they are earned if not redeemed. Customers will be notified via email when points are nearing expiration.
  2. Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
  3. If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
  4. To get the birthday reward point, you can sign up, and after 30 days, you'll receive an email with your birthday gift.
  5. Initial Membership Tier: All new members start at the Bronze tier.
  6. Currency: All transactions and point values for international customers will be displayed in AUD.
