Serving Size
One scoop of HEED contains 110 calories.
Mix 1 scoop of HEED in 16–26 oz (473–768 ml) of water, depending on temperatures. Sip continuously during exercise.
Hydration Packs
Add 1–2 scoops per liter. In hot weather, consider adding 1–2servings of Endurolytes Extreme Powder per liter, too.
