Each serve delivers 45g of carbohydrates in a 2:1:1.5 ratio of maltodextrin, glucose, and fructose, designed to maximise absorption via multiple transport pathways. Best used with 600–700ml water for optimal hydration, and ideal for hourly fuelling in endurance scenarios.
