Important Information:
Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine. This product is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a healthy nutritious diet and appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. If used during exercise, consume in accordance with directions to avoid gastro-intestinal upset. Must be consumed with appropriate fluid intake. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Mix 40 g (2 scoops) of GO Electrolyte in 500 mL water. Aim for 150-350mL every 15-20 minutes for exercise lasting longer than 60 minutes to stay adequately hydrated.
