The PF 300 Flow Energy Gel is crafted with a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio, enhancing carbohydrate absorption for when you need to go the distance. With 300g of carbohydrates in a single pouch, you'll enjoy love having less clutter during those long rides, endurance events and tough training sessions. The PF 300 Flow Gel is equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels and a little over 3 x PF 90 Jumbo Gels.

The PF 300 Flow Gel enables you to easily decant 300g of carb into a single bottle or flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels or a little over 3 x PF 90 Gels.
It's been developed to flow more freely than Precision Fuel & Hydration's standard gels, so there's no need to add any water. Simply decant it into your bottle and sip on it as required to hit your numbers.
