Race Day is a vegan-friendly variation of the Endurance Fuel Bar BCAA’s, designed to be thinner, more portable, and easy to chew. Weighing 40g, it features an increased amount of figs and a reduced amount of dates, which helps control the glycaemic index, providing steady energy while minimising insulin peaks.between 21 and 25g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavour. Nuts have been removed for easier digestion, and pumpkin seeds are added for a crunchy texture along with healthy fats and proteins. Made with organic ingredients like pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, and sultanas, the bar also contains a vitamin complex with 10 vitamins.
