The 226ERS 25g Energy Gel delivers 18g of carbohydrates from both complex and simple carbohydrate syrups, along with added 50mg caffeine and 157mg sodium. Sodium, the key mineral lost through sweat, helps prevent muscle cramps. It also improves water absorption, delays fatigue, and reduces urine production to maintain fluid levels. The gel also provides potassium, which is lost with every muscle contraction, helping you perform at your best during training or racing.

- Include sports hydration in total carb intake/hr
- Max caffeine: 400 mg/day
