Each serving also provides 1.5g creatine to support high-intensity performance, 250mg arginine AKG to aid nitric oxide production, and 500mg MCTs for continuous energy. INSTRUCTIONS: Dissolve 2 scoops (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume 500ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is recommended to add a part of water, the product and shake vigorously to finish filling the mixture with water
