Each serving contains 100 calories plus 500mg of sodium. Given sodium is the main electrolyte lost through sweat, this mix will optimise your hydration and keep your body’s fluids balanced through your training and/or race. And the tangy orange flavour goes down a treat, too.

INGREDIENTS:
Blueberry/Pomegranate: Maltodextrin, Fructose, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Natural Flavour, Potassium Citrate, Vegetable Juice (as colour).
Orange: Maltodextrin, Fructose, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Natural Flavour, Potassium Citrate, Annatto (as colour).
Mix 2 scoops with 16oz. (473ml) or 3 scoops with 24oz. (710ml) of water. Shake well.
Hydrate before activity. During training or racing, drink 20-30oz. per hour.
