With each scoop containing 15g of carbohydrates per 500mL, you can add scoops to increase and decrease your carbohydrates to suit your training, event or the conditions. A great choice if you have a nervous stomach and struggle to consume solid calories.

PF Carb Only Drink Mix provides up to 120g of carbohydrates per litre with no added electrolytes, giving you the option to create a high-carbohydrate bottle without exceeding your sodium intake. By combining it with low-calorie Precision Hydration products, you can meet your specific sodium requirements while adjusting your bottle's carb content; increase it during cooler conditions, when you're consuming less fluid, and decrease it in hotter conditions when you're drinking more.
