What's the difference between a hydration mix and a drink mix?

Good question! Hydration mixes tend to lean heavier on the sodium and electrolytes to replenish the electrolytes lost in sweat during exercise and assist in balancing essential fluids and cramp prevention. 

Drink Mixes, on the other hand, are a combination of electrolyte hydration and carbohydrates, leaning more focus on carbohydrates, acting as an alternative fuel source replacement (gels, chews, bars etc.). They hydrate and energise while being easy on the palette and stomach.
